Services we offer
There are many different paths that lead us to begin or continue our healing journeys.
Sometimes we are in crisis, in deep pain or grief, or sometimes we get stuck in our patterns and need something to shift, but aren’t sure where or how to start. Sometimes, when we start intentionally and honestly looking at our deeper selves, we don’t always believe things will really change. This is where we need support, encouragement, and tools to move forward with confidence in our own journeys.
- Believe that when we are no longer bound by our patterns, and when we can see them for what they are, we can let them go them much easier.
- Understand that healing never ends, while at the same time we know - there is nothing to fix, as we were never broken in the first place.
- Want to be witness to your healing and hold space for the profound, deep, gritty, and moving work.
- Want to explore widely in different practices, perspectives and modalities to find an individualized approach that works best for you.
Counselling
Ajay utilizes a strength-based approach- valuing the autonomy of all clients; as they believe that each person is the expert of their own life, and holds the innate capacity to heal.
Coaching
Gender and sexual identity, affirmation, and exploration coaching
Ajay utilizes social science, lived experience, education, and training to promote knowledge of gender expansiveness and gender-affirming inclusive practice with their clients. Ajay aims to promote safe and healthy sexuality, and to affirm and support individuals to explore and unpack identity and reduce barriers to care.
Psychedelic preparation and integration coaching
Ajay helps clients by:
- $Understanding how to thoroughly prepare for a psychedelic experience by assessing their needs.
- $Cultivating presence and being with what is: helping clients develop a diverse array of mindfulness and breathwork practices - enhancing their ability to be fully present and engaged with their thoughts, emotions, and sensations.
- $Assisting clients in exploring and expressing emotions that may be stored in the body and challenging to access. By learning to appreciate and process these emotions it can allow greater self-awareness, emotional healing, and deeper cultivation of a personal sense of purposeful changes.
- $Equipping them with supportive tools and techniques to navigate their experience in an empowered, informed, and accountable way.
Microdosing coaching
Are you ready to transform your brain?
Microdosing is the practice of semi-regularly engaging with a small amount of a psychedelic or plant medicine substance. A macrodose of psychedelics can be overwhelming for some folks. The experience can be difficult to integrate into normal life without extra support and guidance. Microdosing, on the other hand can be a gentler and more manageable approach, especially for those with little to no previous medicine experience. Microdosing can have the power to interrupt patterns that no longer serve us, while simultaneously fostering new neurological connections. As a result, it becomes easier to create new habits, new beliefs, and new ideas.
When done with intention and proper support, this can be a powerful practice for deepening self-awareness, and reconnecting to our purpose. This can also aid us in personal growth and integrating new learnings, as we continue to evolve. Our team at Kaleidopshere will work with you to identify what those intentions for microdosing are, and give you the tools, knowledge, and support needed so it is tailored to your individual needs.

DEI in the psychedelic space
We at Kaleidosphere believe that psychedelics have the potential to be powerful tools for healing, personal growth, and deep connection-but only if the individual feels comfortable and safe and seen in their environment. For many of us from diverse and marginalized communities, our realities are that not many of these spaces exist that allow us to access medicine and healing tools in a safe accountable environment.
The rapidly growing popularity of psychedelic medicine has created an urgency among practitioners, to understand how to provide psychedelic-assisted therapies in an ethical, attuned, and skilled manner; considering the unique needs that individuals who hold diverse identities may present.
With the creation of psychedelic integration and assisted therapy programs, retreat centers, training programs and research centers within the industry, it is vitally important that those facilitating these offerings understand the unique challenges and needs of the diverse populations; such as the LGBTQ2S+ community, and Racialized and Indigenous communities. It is imperative for agencies and teams to understand and implement protocols, to provide safe and accountable containers for those who have different life experiences than their cisgender, straight white peers.
If you are a Psychedelic therapist, coach, facilitator, or an agency, business, non-profit or collective providing spaces for medicine sits, training or psychedelic resources; please reach out to us to work with you and your team, to ensure the foundations you are building in practice are equitable, inclusive and accountable.

The heart of their work is the intersections of spirituality, mysticism, sacred wisdom, science, healing, light and love. They are heavily influenced by their deep reverence in their work with earth medicines. The elements, plants, nature, animals, the water- these are our teachers and guides. Ajay draws on all these threads, to create unique and powerful experiences with their clients on their journeys of self-discovery, empowerment, connection, self-compassion, healing wounds, inner child work, breaking stuck patterns, and learning to find true joy from deep within.
